The litigation financing company LF Legal Finance SE has established a subsidiary in London, Legal Finance Processing Ltd. Legal Finance Processing Ltd. will provide international litigation finance not only in the UK.

Legal Finance finances litigation and legal claims directly and indirectly, including through Legal Finance International GmbH, as well as through SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles).

The establishment of Legal Finance Processing Ltd. also marks the first time that Legal Finance has crossed EU borders. Although Legal Finance's financing portfolio already includes cases outside the EU, this is the first time that the ground has been officially prepared for the expansion of the international financing portfolio.

Legal Finance continues to negotiate the funding of various new cases and is reviewing other cases and claims for funding.

In the event of a positive funding review, funding and recovery, Legal Finance expects to generate significant cash inflows.
