Your tasks:
- Legal support and advice on litigation funding issues
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners
- Working with our international team to address legal issues and challenges in different jurisdictions
- Legal risk analysis and strategy development in relation to potential litigation investments
- Supporting the management in legal and economic matters
- Continuous training in relevant legal topics to keep Legal Finance SE up to date with the latest case law and legislation
Your profile:
- Completed law studies and fully qualified lawyer
- At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the areas of commercial law, litigation law or a comparable position in a legal department
- Deep understanding of economic contexts and a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent legal expertise and analytical skills
- Fluent in German and English; further language skills are an advantage
- Ability to work in a team, commitment and a proactive way of working
- High ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential information
