Januar 2025&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2013 Die Nakiki SE hat den Konzern-Halbjahresbericht 2024 ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Mit der \u00dcbernahme der Legal Finance International GmbH im ersten Halbjahr 2024 hat die Gruppe mit der Neuausrichtung begonnen. In der Aufbauphase des Prozess-Portfolios wurden erwartungsgem\u00e4\u00df noch keine Ums\u00e4tze erzielt. Dies soll sich in 2025 deutlich \u00e4ndern. Die Nakiki SE als Holding plant, das Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell noch im laufenden Jahr zu erweitern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kostenentwicklung im ersten Halbjahr 2024 zeigt, dass die Nakiki Gruppe operativ schlank aufgestellt ist, um in der Phase des Aufbaus des Prozess-Portfolios m\u00f6glichst wenig Kosten zu verursachen. So lagen die operativen Kosten bei der Tochtergesellschaft Legal Finance im ersten Halbjahr 2024 bei 94 Tsd. EUR (H1 2023: 54 Tsd. EUR). Die Aufwendungen im Nakiki-Konzern lagen im Berichtszeitraum bei 5.744 Tsd. EUR. Der wesentliche Teil davon sind periodenfremde Aufwendungen in H\u00f6he von 5.546 Tsd. EUR.
