Die Nakiki SE teilt mit, dass Hendric Groth zum 15.07.2024 aus dem Vorstand ausscheiden wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sein R\u00fccktritt aus dem Vorstand der Nakiki SE erfolgt einvernehmlich mit dem Aufsichtsrat und der Gesellschaft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wie bereits am 21.03. mitgeteilt, war Herr Groth \u00fcbergangsweise f\u00fcr die Phase der Neuausrichtung f\u00fcr die Gesellschaft t\u00e4tig. Diese Phase wird nach der Einarbeitung des neuen Vorstandsvorsitzenden Andreas Wegerich erfolgreich beendet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Gesellschaft und der Aufsichtsrat danken Herrn Groth f\u00fcr die gute Zusammenarbeit und w\u00fcnschen f\u00fcr die Zukunft alles Gute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
