Am 13. Oktober hat Legal Finance die Option ausge\u00fcbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit finanziert Legal Finance ein internationales Gro\u00dfverfahren rund um Schadensersatz, mit einem Gesamt-Streitwert von bis zu 1,1 Millionen Euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcber die Finanzierung weiterer Anspr\u00fcche und Nebenprozesse aus zusammenh\u00e4ngenden Sachverhalten wird derzeit verhandelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der komplizierte, internationale Fallkomplex betrifft mehrere, auch au\u00dfereurop\u00e4ische Jurisdiktionen und ist klagereif. Seit Abschluss des Optionsvertrages hat Legal Finance die weiteren au\u00dfergerichtlichen Entwicklungen des Falls studiert und weitere Pr\u00fcfungen vorgenommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie \u00fcblich, engagiert sich Legal Finance ausschlie\u00dflich in der Finanzierung des Verfahrens und greift nicht in die Prozesse ein.
